
One day I decided that I would only tolerate margaritas with freshly squeezed lime juice. Another day I decided that I would perfect the recipe and share it with the world. So I did just that:
Prep: 10 mins | Servings: 2
Directions: Mix ingredients in a small pitcher, shake and serve.
Optional: Serve in a salt rimed glass with plenty of ice and garnish with a slice of lime.
- 1 cup tequila blanco
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 tablespoons blue agave syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grand marnier
- A lot of ice
Note: Not all limes are created equal. If it tastes a little on the limey side add 1/2 tbs of agave and/or 1tbs tequila. It shouldn’t need anything else.
